Trying to get healthy here in the Mile High city has been quite the yo yo experience. Diets and exercise, weight goes, weight comes back. Lapband surgery, lapband removal surgery, and now gastric sleeve surgery. Maybe this time, it'll work, eh? Here is my journey to lose 168 pounds (modified from an original goal of 193).
